I am an artist, writer, and certified flow coach trained by the Flow Research Collective. After devoting over a decade to exploring the connection between creativity and peak performance, I founded Create Potential, dedicated to helping people maximize their potential through science-backed creativity and flow state training.
I studied art and design at SUNY New Paltz and Savannah College of Art and Design, where I explored various creative disciplines and used them to convey my ideas and emotions. I have worked professionally as a custom goldsmith, a sculptor, a fashion designer, a writer, an art educator, UX Architect, and a product developer.
My artwork has been showcased in Vogue, New York Fashion Week, the Museum of Fine Arts, St. Petersburg, FL, and the Telfair Museum in Savannah, GA, among other curated exhibitions throughout the US and abroad.
I believe that every person is "equal by definition" to a creative being, born with innate value and an intrinsic capacity for creativity. I am committed to helping individuals access their creativity to overcome life's challenges and reach their full potential.
